Experiencia Inca / TripinPerú declares unequivocally a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual exploitation and any form of violence, trafficking, or abuse of children and adolescents (ESNNA) in tourism and travel.
This commitment is aligned with Law No. 29408, Peru’s General Tourism Law; the Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Tourism and Travel promoted within MINCETUR and the Peruvian tourism sector; and complementary child-protection and anti-trafficking regulations in force in Peru.
Operating principles
- We do not promote, broker, or tolerate services, content, contacts, or activities that involve minors in contexts of exploitation or risk.
- We require staff, guides, suppliers, and partners to strictly comply with this Code of Conduct and applicable law.
- We periodically train our team in prevention, early detection, and reporting channels.
- We cooperate with competent authorities whenever a risk or irregular situation is identified.
Traveler and third-party duties
Every traveler, companion, or contracting party using our services must respect the integrity of children and adolescents. Any contrary conduct may result in immediate cancellation of the service without refund of non-refundable items, without prejudice to criminal and administrative complaints as applicable.

If you detect an irregular situation related to the protection of minors, contact the competent authorities immediately and notify us through the agency’s official channels published on this site. Responsible tourism only exists when human dignity and personal integrity are protected.
