These Terms and Conditions govern use of the website and contracting of tourism services with Experiencia Inca / TripinPerú (the “Agency”). By booking, paying, or using the site, the traveler declares that they have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation Policy, and the ESNNA commitment.
Nature of the service
The Agency acts as organizer and/or intermediary of tourism experiences in Peru under sector regulations and each supplier’s conditions (lodging, transport, tickets, permits, and guides). Published itineraries are referential and may be adjusted for operational, weather, safety, or force-majeure reasons.
Bookings and confirmation
- Every request is subject to real availability and written confirmation by the Agency.
- The traveler must provide accurate data (full names as on travel documents, dates, nationality, and contacts).
- Confirmation of third-party quotas (for example, Machu Picchu or the Inca Trail) depends on effective issuance by the competent authority.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the currency indicated in the offer or confirmation. Deposits and balances may be required on defined schedules. Taxes, fees, and third-party charges apply as relevant. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before final confirmation.
Traveler obligations
- Hold travel documents, insurance, and health conditions adequate for the itinerary.
- Respect schedules, safety rules, guide instructions, and heritage-site regulations.
- Refrain from unlawful conduct or conduct contrary to the ESNNA Code and destination rules.
Limitation of liability
The Agency is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages attributable to third-party suppliers, authorities, weather events, road or site closures, strikes, health emergencies, or other force-majeure causes, without prejudice to reasonable assistance to the traveler where possible.
Intellectual property and site use
Texts, trademarks, photographs, and site design belong to the Agency or its licensors. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. Users must use the platform lawfully.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. For consumer disputes, travelers may use internal complaint mechanisms and the channels available before INDECOPI or other competent authorities.
